Banana Apple Oatmeal Smoothie

Yield: 3 (2 cup) servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup uncooked rolled oats
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 apple, quartered, seeded
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 3 cups ice cubes
Directions:
  1. You will need a large blender for this...  Place all ingredients into blender in order and secure lid
  2. Blend until smooth.  Serve immediately.
